Veggie Fried Rice

1 Boil in bag Success brown rice

1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil

1 tsp. crushed garlic

2 1/2 cups finely chopped fresh broccoli

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1/2 cup finely chopped carrots

2 tbsp. lite soy sauce

1/8 tsp. black pepper

Prepare rice by package directions. Add oil to skillet and heat to med-high. Add garlic and stir fry 30 seconds. Add remaining veggies and cook 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add rice, soy sauce, and pepper. Heat through.
