8 dry lasagna noodles
16 oz imitation crab
1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese 3 egg whites
1 T dried parsley
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t ground oregano
15 oz tomato sauce with onions, green peppers and celery
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Prepare noodles as directed on package. Rinse in cold water and drain well. In a large bowl, combine next seven ingredients with a fork. Spread slightly less than one-third cup filling on the upper one-third of each noodle. Roll and place seam down in a 9-inch baking pan. Pour tomato sauce over roll ups. Cover and bake in 375 oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.
