Pork and Vegetables Over Biscuits

1 pound pork sirloin, lean only

2 tsp vegetable oil

1/2 tsp table salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

20 oz Heinz Fat-Free Chicken Gravy

16 oz frozen stir-fry vegetables

10 Pillsbury Hungry Jack Flaky Biscuit(s)


In large skillet, heat oil on medium high. Season pork with salt and pepper and cook for 10-12 minutes. Add gravy and heat until bubbly. Stir in cooked vegetables. Place cooked biscuits (split) on individual serving plates. Pour pork vegetable mixture on top of biscuits. Serve immediately.
