Serves 6 (5 points)
3 Chicken breasts (split, skinned and boned) (6 half breasts) Pepper
Paprika
20 oz pineapple (drained, unsweetened tidbits)
2 tablesppn dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 garlic clove; minced
Crockpot method:
Arrange chicken in crockpot. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Mix soy sauce, pineapple and mustard together; pour over chicken. Add minced garlic. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.
Oven method:
Preheat oven to 350 degreed. Arrange chicken in a 9 x 13 baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Mix soy sauce, pineapple and mustard together; pour over chicken. Add minced garlic. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
