2 pound potato(es), red or white, cooked

1/4 Tbsp vegetable oil

4 serving Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Preheat oven to 450. Wash and cut potatoes into chunks. Add all ingredients to large plastic bag. Close and shake until evenly coated. Empty into shallow baking dish and bake 40 minutes.
