Light Onion Sour Cream Dip

1 point per 2 tablespoons

2 cups fat-free sour cream

3 tablespoons dried onions -- minced (instant)

4 teaspoons beef or vegetable bouillon granules -- instant

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 dash celery seed -- crushed

1 dash Splenda

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients mix well, Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Stir before serving. Serve with vegetables.

Vegetable that can be used such as: Cherry tomatoes, zucchini cut into sticks, celery sticks, carrot sticks, cucumbers cut into sticks, broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, red, yellow, orange or green peppers cut into good size chunks or sticks. (A good snack when watching calories)
