3 Cups All-Bran Extra Fiber Cereal

2 1/2 Cups water

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 Box Krusteaz Fat Free Cranberry Orange Muffin Mix (or any of the Krusteaz FF muffin mix flavors)

1 teaspoon of orange extract or grated orange peel, optional

In large mixing bowl, pour water over All Bran and soak for 5 minutes. Stir in muffin mix and baking powder. Mix well; batter will be thick. Line muffin tins with paper & spray with Pam; fill 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for approx. 15-20 minutes. Makes 24 muffins, 2 points each
