1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp imitation vanilla extract, alcohol
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp table salt
18 oz raspberries
Preheat oven to 375. Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Combine fruit with dash of Splenda to sweeten, and a pinch of nutmeg.
Place in bottom of baking dish.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
Pour mixture over fruit. Bake for 30 min.
