1 head romaine lettuce, broken into pieces
1 spear broccoli, cut into flowerets
1/4 cup Dole Green Onions, chopped
3/4 cup reduced-calorie margarine
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup slivered almonds
2 packages Ramen Noodles (discard flavor packet)
Saute sunflower seeds, almonds, and noodles in margarine until browned. Drain on paper towels. Add above to lettuce, broccoli and onions. Leave as is until ready to serve. Pour on dressing and toss. Serve immediately.
Note: Can leave dressing on the side and add later to individual servings.
Dressing:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
Stir ingredients together in small bowl until well blended.
