4 serving cube steak (4oz = serving)
1 tsp table salt
3/4 cup white self-rising flour
6 Tbsp reduced-calorie margarine
1/8 tsp black pepper
10 3/4 oz Campbell's (U.S.) 98% Fat-Free Cream Of Chicken Soup
3/4 cup water
Combine salt, pepper and flour. Roll steaks in seasoned flour. Quickly brown steaks in melted margarine. Remove to baking dish. In same dish in which steaks were browned, mix soup with water. Heat to boiling. Pour soup over steaks, scraping the pan to remove all drippings. Cover and bake in 325 oven for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake and additional 15 minutes.
