Corny Cornbread

1/3 cup Shedd’s Spread, melted

2 eggs, beaten

1 (8.5 ounce) package Jiffy dry yellow corn bread mix

1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn

1 cup fat free sour cream


Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a 9 x13 glass casserole. In a medium bowl mix all ingredients until well blended and spoon into prepared dish. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
