1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

1 egg (I added 1/4c Egg Substitute in place of the egg)

1/3c low fat milk

1-8oz.can Crushed Pineapple juice and all.

Mix all together and put int 6 sprayed muffin tins. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Serves 6
