2 cups cooked macaroni (16 points)
2 cups chopped chicken, cooked (12 points)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (3 points)
1 can condensed cream of celery soup (3 points)
2 cups fat free skim milk (4 points)
8 oz Velveeta Light (8 points)
1 cup frozen peas (optional) (2 points)
1. In a large casserole, combine all ingredients, mixing well. You can cover and refrigerate overnight, if needed.
2. Preheat oven to 350*
3. Bake covered for 35 to 45 min. Remove cover and bake 10-15 more minutes.
The casserole will seem soupy at first. It will thicken upon standing.
