Broccoli Casserole

16 oz frozen chopped broccoli

1 cup Minute Instant Enriched Long Grain White Rice, Prepared

10 oz Campbell's (U.S.) 98% Fat-Free Cream Of Mushroom Soup

8 oz Kraft Velveeta Plain Cheese


Preheat oven to 350. Cook broccoli. Cook rice. Cut up cheese. Mix broccoli, rice and soup. Place in 9x13 casserole and cover with half of cheese. Cook in oven until cheese melts. Take out of oven and stir thoroughly. Top with rest of cheese and cook until cheese is melted and browned.
