2 pound raw orange roughy

1 Tbsp Butter Buds Sprinkles Butter Substitute
1 pound white wine
1 Tbsp Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Blends Seafood Magic
Place filet on foil. Sprinkle with seasonings, butter buds and wine. Lay onion and tomato slices on top and close foil. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
