if you make 12 muffins from the mix it is two points. I make it in a bundt pan or in two cake pans. In the two cake pans if you can get 12 servings from each then it would only be 1 point.

a box of angel food cake mix, a large can of crushed pineapple with the juice and mixed in a box of black cherry jello(dry mix). Baked it the same way and it is wonderful. I am sure that you can use any flavor jello
